Justus is a seasoned Strategic Partnerships and Resource Mobilization specialist with over a decade of experience. A visionary leader, who cuts through complexity by devising innovative solutions. He is familiar with global development needs and is proficient in various fundraising and project design models, including, Keystone methodologies, Human-Centered Design (HCD), Elevate model, and Connect.

Justus’ expertise spans Development Advisory, New Business Development (NBD), strategic partnerships, strategy design and review, innovations, project design, management, and leadership.

He has worked with various development partners including USAID, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Mastercard Foundation, World Bank, AfDB, FCDO, and Nordic Climate Facility, among others, cumulatively raising over USD. 200M in his fundraising career.

Justus was the Technical Assistance Lead for the Mastercard Foundations Fund for Resilience and Prosperity, a USD. 216M program that supports over 90 SMEs in 20 African Countries. He also sat in as a presiding judge for the first Kenya Private Sector Alliance’s SME Innovation Forum.  He holds a postgraduate Diploma in Professional Marketing, a Bachelor of Commerce – Finance, a Diploma in Professional Marketing- Digital strategies, and many industry-relevant certificates.
